医源性感染控制策略在口腔设备规范化管理中的实践研究

摘要 目的:分析医源性感染控制策略在口腔设备规范化管理中的实践效果。方法:采用医源性感染控制策略对人员培训、口腔设备处理标准和口腔设备管理追溯3个方面进行规范化管理。选取医院口腔科临床在用的54台(件)口腔设备,按照管理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统管理方法,观察组实施医源性感染控制策略,对比两组口腔设备管理质量评分,分析设备相关指标与医源性感染控制策略的相关性。结果:观察组设备回收、清洁、消毒灭菌、发放质量评分及总管理质量评分分别为(93.45±2.08)分、(95.32±2.22)分、(94.62±1.97)分、(95.57±2.10)分和(94.61±2.05)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.245,t=9.299,t=5.870,t=10.244,t=5.916;P<0.05);观察组口腔设备清洁率和灭菌合格率均为98.15%,且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=4.364,x^(2)=4.364;P<0.05);观察组口腔设备管理可溯性不良事件总发生率为5.56%(3/54),低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=4.021,P<0.05);观察组口腔设备总故障率为5.56%(3/54),低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=4.021,P<0.05);口腔设备总管理质量评分、清洁率、合格率与医源性感染控制策略呈正相关(r=3.483,r=2.546,r=2.539;P<0.05),不良事件总发生率、故障率与医源性感染控制策略呈负相关(r=-2.385,r=-2.385;P<0.05);观察组医源性感染发生率为1.00%(2/200),低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=5.089,P<0.05)。结论:医源性感染控制策略能够提高口腔设备清洁与灭菌效果,降低医源性感染发生率。 Objective:To analyze the practical effect of iatrogenic infection control strategies in the standardized management of oral equipment.Methods:The iatrogenic infection control strategies were implemented from three aspects of personnel training,oral equipment handling standards,and oral equipment management traceability.54 sets of oral equipment in clinical use in the department of stomatology of the hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different management methods.The control group adopted traditional management methods,the observation group implemented iatrogenic infection control strategies.The quality of oral equipment management was compared between the two groups,and the correlation between equipment-related indicators and iatrogenic infection control strategies was analyzed.Results:The quality scores of equipment recycling,cleaning,disinfection and sterilization,distribution and total management in the observation group were(93.45±2.08)points,(95.32±2.22)points,(94.62±1.97)points,(95.57±2.10)points,and(94.61±2.05)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.245,t=9.299,t=5.870,t=10.244,t=5.916;P<0.05).The cleaning rate and sterilization qualification rate of oral equipment in the observation group were both 98.15%,which were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=4.364,x^(2)=4.364;P<0.05).The total incidence of oral equipment management traceability adverse events in in the observation group was 5.56%(3/54),which was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=4.021,P<0.05).The total failure rate of oral equipment in the observation group was 5.56%(3/54),which was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=4.021,P<0.05).The total management quality score,cleanliness rate,and qualification rate of oral equipment were positively correlated with the control strategy of iatrogenic infections(r=3.483,r=2.546,r=2.539;P<0.05),the total incidence and failure rate of adverse events were negatively correlated with the control strategy of iatrogenic infections(r=-2.385,r=-2.385;P<0.05).The incidence of iatrogenic infections in the observation group was 1.00%(2/200),which was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=5.089,P<0.05).Conclusion:The iatrogenic infection control strategy for can improve the cleaning and sterilization effect of oral equipment and reduce the incidence of iatrogenic infections.
