数字经济时代学生数字素养的培育——时代价值、理论建构与实践进路 被引量:7

摘要 随着数字技术的富集化与数字经济的高质量发展,数字素养教育正逐渐成为数字经济时代人的发展的必然需求。把握国际素养研究与国家宏观战略、技术演变逻辑与社会文化跃迁、教育现实困境与疫情催生之机,学生数字素养的培育显现出极为重要的时代价值。通过梳理国际上数字素养框架发展脉络,立足中国特色与中国本土化实践以提出新的“四维数字素养框架”,包含技术实践、高阶思维与能力、认知情感与素养、社会文化四个维度。然而,数字素养领域亦面临着素养框架不适切、资源设施存差距、评估体系尚模糊、数字鸿沟难弥合方面问题,故提出从数字素养框架构建、数字生态系统支撑、素养评估体系研制、素养全纳公平发展四个层面出发的实践路径,以期能助力数字素养培育的开展与数字化转型实践的推动。 With the enrichment of digital technology and the high-quality development of digital economy,digital literacy education is gradually becoming the inevitable demand of human development in the era of digital economy.Based on the International Literacy Research and the national macro strategy,the logic of technological evolution and the social and cultural transition,the practical difficulties of education and the opportunity of the epidemic,the cultivation of students’digital literacy shows extremely important times value.Through combing the development context of the international digital literacy framework,based on Chinese characteristics and Chinese localization practice,a new“four-dimensional digital literacy framework”is proposed,which includes four dimensions:technical practice,high-level thinking and ability,cognitive emotion and literacy,and social culture.However,the field of digital literacy is also facing problems such as inappropriate literacy framework,gaps in resources and facilities,vague evaluation system,and difficulty in bridging the digital divide.Therefore,a practical path is proposed from the four levels of design orientation,resource mainstay,evaluation,and social equity,in order to help develop digital literacy cultivation and promote digital transformation practice.
