我国高等职业教育高质量发展的时代关切与推进路径

The Era Concern and the Push Way of the High-quality Development of Higher Vocational Education in China

高等职业教育是“高等性”“职业性”和“区域性”特征明显的类别教育,是我国经济社会高质量发展组成部分和力量源泉。该文通过文献梳理和我国当下高等职业教育相关社会背景分析,发现我国经济由高速发展向稳态发展和区域差异较大的经济背景、高等教育步入普及化阶段的教育背景、西方国家对我国高新技术和高科技人才打压的国际背景、全面脱贫和乡村振兴的时代背景以及教育数字化转型的技术背景等等均迫切需要深入推进我国高等职业教育高质量发展。为了实现我国高等职业教育高质量发展,需要创新招生制度,进一步完善高职院校招生制度以及增加生源职业兴趣、潜质测试,招录更多乐学、适学学生;推进高职院校因应社会需求和变化,主动改革,让企业、行业成为高等职业教育的有力供给者,激发地方应用型大学担当高层次应用技能型人才培养的时代使命。

Higher vocational education is a category of education with obvious characteristics of“higher”,“professional”and“regional”,which is important part of economic and social development and source of strength.The economic background of China’s economy from high-speed development to steady development,the economic background of great regional differences,the educational background of higher education entering the popularization stage,the international background of western countries’suppression of Chinese high-tech and high-tech talents,the era background of comprehensive poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and the current reality of the normalization of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic all urgently need to further promote the high quality of China’s higher vocational education development.To achieve the high-quality development of higher vocational education,we need to innovate the enrollment system,further improve the enrollment system of higher vocational colleges,increase the students’vocational interest and potential tests,and recruit more students who are happy to study.We will encourage higher vocational colleges to take the initiative to reform in response to social needs and changes,let enterprises and industries become strong suppliers of higher vocational education,and inspire local application-oriented colleges to assume the responsibility and mission of The Times in training high-level application-oriented talents.
