摘要 文章采用物联网、BIM及GIS等技术手段,搭建BIM施工管理平台,从而更好地对施工技术、进度、质量、安全、成本、物料等进行管理,提高施工管理效率和管理的信息化水平。以广州恒大足球场项目为例,应用BIM施工管理平台,实现了对施工现场更全面的感知,工程管理更加规范化、数字化、精细化,也实现了信息共享和多方协同。利用BIM施工管理平台指导施工,也使得施工方案交底更明确,施工效率更高。 Using technical means such as the Internet of Things,BIM and GIS,a BIM construction management platform is built to better manage construction technology,progress,quality,safety,cost,materials,etc.,and improve the efficiency of construction management and the informatization level of management.Taking the Guangzhou Evergrande Football Stadium project as an example,the application of the BIM construction management platform has realized a more comprehensive perception of the construction site,more standardized,digital and refined project management,and also has realized information sharing and multiparty collaboration.Using the BIM construction management platform to guide the construction also makes the construction plan clearer and the construction efficiency higher.
