摘要 节能型低碳装配式建筑能够有效减少建筑工程对环境造成的影响,从而达到我国提出的“双碳”目标。同时,装配式建筑还能够减少工程施工的成本,有效控制工程的质量,是建筑行业的未来发展趋势。文章阐述了“双碳”目标下装配式建筑应用的重要性,并探讨了装配式建筑的技术发展,重点关注围护墙热工性能、屋面与外窗应用,技术标准的制定等方面研究,充分发展装配式建筑的优势。 Energy-saving and low-carbon assembly-type construction can effectively reduce the impact of construction projects on the environment,thus achieving the"dual-carbon"goal proposed by China.At the same time,assembled buildings can also reduce the cost of construction and effectively control the quality of the project,which is the future development trend of the construction industry.This paper expounds the importance of the application of assembled buildings under the"dual-carbon"target,and discusses the technical development of prefabricated buildings,focusing on the thermal performance of the enclosure wall,the application of roof and exterior windows,the formulation of technical standards and other aspects and research,so as to fully develop the advantages of prefabricated buildings.
