为推进广播电视工程国家级一流本科专业建设,提升人才培养质量,从政产学研协同的视角出发,分析如何在媒体深度融合背景下,培养符合广播电视和媒体行业发展需要的高素质人才。首先,介绍国家级一流本科专业建设的背景和目标,分析政产学研协同育人对传媒新工科人才培养的重要性;然后,指出当前广播电视工程专业在人才培养中存在的主要问题,并对政产学研协同育人的研究进展进行综述;最后,以广播电视工程专业为例,从专业优势与困境、实现路径的视角研究政产学研协同育人的实现机制和方法。

In order to promote the construction of the national first-class undergraduate major of radio and television engineering and improve the quality of talent cultivation,we analyze how to cultivate high-quality talents that meet the development needs of radio and television and media industry in the context of the deep convergence of media from the perspective of government-industry-academia-research synergy.Firstly,it introduces the background and objectives of the construction of national first-class undergraduate majors,and analyzes the importance of government-industry-academia-research collaborative cultivation to the cultivation of talents in media new engineering disciplines;then,it points out the main problems existing in the cultivation of talents in the current broadcasting and television engineering majors,and gives an overview of the progress of the research on the government-industry-academia-research collaborative cultivation;finally,it takes the broadcasting and television engineering majors as an example to study the professional advantages and dilemmas,and the paths for realizing the perspective Finally,the realization mechanism and methods of government-industry-university-research collaborative education are studied from the perspectives of professional advantages and dilemmas,and realization path.
