地域文化在城市文化建设中的作用机制研究——以河洛文化在洛阳城市文化建设中的使用为例

On the Action Mechanism of Regional Culture in Urban Cultural Construction:A Case Study of the Functions of Heluo Culture in Luoyang Urban Cultural Construction

构建以城市关键地域文化形态为抓手的“文化导向型城市”是建设中华民族现代文明的重要实践方略。河南省洛阳市近年来重视以河洛文化为核心的城市文化建设,是地域文化形态与城市文化建设结合较好的典型范例。以洛阳为核心的河洛文化绵延发展至今形成了根源文化、哲学文化、民族民间文化、工业文化等四类十七种多元文化表现形态。以各类文化形态为根基的河洛文化记忆在想象空间、现实空间、虚拟空间中向交往记忆结构性转换,这一过程赓续城市文脉、激发城市活力,实现城市文化意义的再生产。

Constructing a“culture-oriented city”that focuses on its key regional cultural forms is an important practical strategy for building the modern civilization of the Chinese nation.In recent years,Luoyang City of Henan province has attached great importance to its urban cultural construction centering on Heluo culture,which is a typical example of a fairly good combination of regional cultural forms and urban cultural construction.Heluo culture with Luoyang as the core has developed continuously,and formed 17 kinds of multi-cultural manifestations in four categories,including its source culture,philosophical culture,ethnic and folk culture and industrial culture.Based on various cultural forms,Heluo cultural memory has realized a structural transformation to communicative memory in the imaginary space,real space and virtual space.This process continues its urban cultural tradition,stimulates its urban vitality,and realizes the reproduction of its urban cultural significance.
