摘要
作为我国“一带一路”倡议的重点国别,越来越多的中资企业赴缅甸开展能源类项目的投资建设。但缅甸国别电网可靠性较差且容量较小,线路故障频发。为了应对各种人为或自然灾害等难以预料因素造成电网全部或局部瓦解、崩溃、发生大面积停电等事故,必须制定“黑启动”方案,以加快恢复速度,从而最大限度地减少因停电而带来的经济损失。本研究对缅甸皎漂联合循环机组黑启动电源配置进行了详细分析,提出了切实可行的配置方案,以期为国内同行在缅甸类似项目提供参考。
As a key country of China's"The Belt and Road"strategy,more and more Chinese enterprises are going to Myanmar to carry out investment and construction of energy projects.However,Myanmar's national power grid has poor reliability and small capacity,and line faults occur frequently.In order to cope with unforeseen factors such as human or natural disasters that cause the complete or partial collapse,collapse,and large-scale power outages of the power grid,it is necessary to develop a"black start"plan to accelerate recovery speed and minimize economic losses caused by power outages.This article provides a detailed analysis of the black start power supply configuration of the Kyaukpyu combined cycle unit in Myanmar,and proposes practical and feasible configuration plans to provide reference for similar projects in Myanmar for domestic peers.
