摘要
本文主要探究了分油机的振动特性以及振动噪声的控制方法。文章首先构建了船用分油机振动特性测试系统,利用振动传感器和噪声传感器获取分油机在标准工况下的振动噪声信息。随后利用B&K数据采集分析仪和PULSE分析软件测得振动响应频谱,结果表明振动信号与噪声信号具有较强的相干性。文章提出了基于隔振器、吸振器和阻尼材料的振动噪声控制方法,实验数据表明三种控制技术均能降低振动噪声,达到了预期效果。
This paper mainly explores the vibration characteristics of the oil separator and the control method of vibration noise.Firstly,the vibration characteristic test system of Marine oil separator is constructed,and the vibration and noise information of oil separator is obtained by vibration sensor and noise sensor under standard working conditions.Then the vibration response spectrum is measured by B&K data acquisition analyzer and PULSE analysis software.The results show that the vibration signal has strong coherence with the noise signal.This paper presents a vibration and noise control method based on vibration isolator,vibration absorber and damping material.The experimental data show that the three control techniques can reduce vibration and noise and achieve the expected effect.
