基于RFID技术实现箱式操作台的设计

摘要 随着现在智能仓储的快速发展,货物出入库数量庞大,要求出入库的实效越来越高。本文先介绍RFID的技术发展和原理;接着介绍当前用于仓库货物盘点的技术和存在的痛点;最后根据现有技术的痛点,提出基于RFID快速批量读取的特点、结合电磁屏蔽技术设计了一款RFID箱式操作台。该箱式操作台对RFID标签最大读取速度可达到400个/5S、盘点准确性可以达到99%以上、可以达到50 cm的屏蔽距离;解决了货物在出入库过程货物盘点速度慢,容易漏盘窜读的问题;有效的提高货物快速及准确出入库的效率。 With the rapid development of intelligent warehousing,the quantity of goods entering and leaving the warehouse is huge,and the effectiveness of entering and leaving the warehouse is becoming increasingly high.This article first introduces the technological development and principles of RFID;Next,introduce the current technology and pain points used for warehouse inventory;Finally,based on the pain points of existing technology,a RFID box type operating platform was designed based on the characteristics of fast batch reading of RFID and combined with electromagnetic shielding technology.The box type operation platform can achieve a maximum reading speed of 400 RFID tags/5S,inventory accuracy of over 99%,and a shielding distance of 50 cm;Solved the problem of slow inventory speed during the process of goods entering and leaving the warehouse,which is prone to missing inventory and reading;Effectively improve the efficiency of fast and accurate entry and exit of goods.
