基于Cat.1物联网通讯的低功耗采集器在城市燃气中低压调压箱中的应用设计

摘要 城镇燃气中低压调压箱监控系统设计采用一体化的低功耗采集器及工业物联网平台,实现对调压箱的远程监控。采集器采用Cat.1物联网通讯方式,内置+外挂电池模式,配置进出口压力变送器和激光浓度检测仪,实现对调压站进、出口压力、天然气浓度等过程参数的采集,通过Cat.1国密安全通讯模组将数据远传至调度中心工业物联网平台,数据入库后,通过SCADA系统进行数据的综合展示和应用,实现对调压箱的远程监控。 The monitoring system of town gas medium and low pressure regulator box is designed to use an integrated low-power collector and the Industrial internet of things platform to realize remote monitoring of the regulator box.The collector adopts Cat.1 Internet of Things communication mode,built-in+external battery mode,and is equipped with inlet and outlet pressure transmitters and laser concentration detectors,which can realize the collection of process parameters such as inlet and outlet pressure,natural gas concentration,etc.of the pressure regulating station,and transmit the data to the Industrial internet of things platform of the dispatching center through Cat.1 national security communication module.After the data is stored in the database,the data is comprehensively displayed and applied through the SCADA system,Realize remote monitoring of the pressure regulating box.
