摘要
在机电安装施工中,因为构配件种类繁多、型号各异等特性,导致了无法实现标准化施工。对此,本研究将以某机电安装项目为例,开展对BIM+装配式的模块化施工方法的研究。明确项目工程概况,通过机电安装模块化施工中BIM插件设计、机电安装模块化施工实施与过程控制、机电构配件模块划分,完成模块化施工。通过模块化施工方法应用效果分析得出,新的施工方法运用可以有效促进机电安装施工标准化水平提升。
In the construction of electromechanical installation,due to the diverse types and models of components,standardized construction cannot be achieved.This article will take a certain electromechanical installation project as an example to conduct research on the modular construction method of BIM+assembly.Clear project overview,complete modular construction through BIM plug-in design,implementation and process control of modular construction of electromechanical installation,and division of electromechanical component modules.Through the analysis of the application effect of modular construction methods,it can be concluded that the application of new construction methods can effectively promote the standardization level of mechanical and electrical installation construction.
