摘要
海洋调查船绞车是海洋调查作业过程中频繁使用的设备,然而操作人员只能在操作室内控制绞车运行,难以直接观察到绞车的运行情况。该文基于STM32单片机和无线数传模块设计了绞车手柄遥控装置,操作人员可以在30m范围内控制绞车手柄的摆动角度,可在不同位置和角度观察绞车运行情况。使用模糊PID控制方法控制手柄操作装置,能克服一定的非线性问题和干扰。试验结果表明:该遥控装置可以使手柄摆动角度精确地跟踪设定值,系统稳定可靠。该装置增加了作业的灵活性和效率,可为今后各种机械设备的手柄遥控器设计提供参考。
The winch of marine survey ship is a frequently used equipment in the process of marine survey operation.However,the operator can only control the winch in the operating room.The operation of the winch cannot be directly observed by operator in many cases.This article designs a set of winch handle remote control device based on the STM32 MCU and wireless data transmission module.The operators can operate the winch handle swing angle within 30 meters of the complex environment on board,and conveniently observing winch operation in different positions.The fuzzy PID control is used to control the handle operation device,which can overcome nonlinear problems and disturb to a certain degree.Experimental tests show that the controller can make the handle swing angle accurately track the set value,proves that the system is stable and reliable.The device increases the flexibility and efficiency of operation,and can provide reference for the design of handle remote control of various mechanical equipment in the future.
