摘要
本文利用GT-Power软件建立了双VGT两级可调增压柴油机高海拔仿真模型。基于双VGT两级增压仿真模型,开展了0-5500m海拔高度,柴油机不同转速(800r/min、1000r/min、1200r/min、1500r/min、1800r/min、2100r/min),不同负荷工况下高低压级VGT叶片开度调节特性仿真研究,得到了各个工况下高低压VGT叶片最佳开度,通过优化,得到了VGT叶片开度的最佳控制MAP。
This article discusses a simulation model of the two-stage regulated turbocharged system based on double VGT diesel engine worked on plateau was established by using the software of GT-Power.Based on the simulation model,from 0-5500m altitude,at different speed of diesel engine(800r/min、1000r/min、1200r/min、1500r/min、1800r/min、2100r/min),under different load cases,the regulating characteristics simulation study of the high pressure turbine and low pressure turbine’s VGT vane was conducted,from the study,the optimum opening of VGT blade was found,by optimizing,the optimal MAP of the position of VGT vane was obtained.
