某型轨道车辆车体异常晃动试验研究

摘要 通过车辆振动测试和在线轨道检测研究车体异常晃动的原因。研究结果表明,车体的固有频率为1Hz,车体显著晃动时频率为1.4Hz,车体异常晃动频率并不是车体固有频率;晃车区段线路存在波长为15.75m,幅值为12mm的方向不平顺是车辆出现异常晃动的原因;为保证车辆具有优异的动力学性能,工务部门应加强轨道不平顺管理,避免线路上出现具有固定波长且幅值较大的轨道方向不平顺。 The causes of abnormal swaying of vehicle body are studied by vehicle vibration test and on-line track detection.The results show that the natural frequency of the car body is 1 Hz,and the frequency when the car body shakes significantly is 1.4 Hz.The abnormal shaking frequency of the car body is not the natural frequency of the car body.The direction irregularity on swaying section of wavelength of 15.75m and amplitude of 12mm is the cause of carbody abnormal swaying.In order to ensure the excellent dynamic performance of vehicles,the track engineering department should strengthen the management of track irregularity to avoid the track irregularity with fixed wavelength and large amplitude on the line.
