一种车辆偏摆转向系统优化设计

摘要 针对竞技车赛中采用偏摆式转向系统的车辆转弯半径较大,转角较小,转向灵活性差等问题,对整车转向系统进行数学建模与理论分析,在此基础上用MATLAB进行仿真计算,获取了主要影响因素对整车转角及转弯半径的关系曲线及其经验公式,并根据计算数据对整车转向系统进行改进,显著提高了车辆的转向灵活性。本文所述的车辆偏摆转向系统的优化方法,不仅提高了竞技比赛中车辆在比赛中的竞争力,同时也为后续偏摆式转向机构的设计优化提供了参考和依据。 Aiming at the problems such as large turning radius,small turning Angle and poor steering flexibility of vehicles with tilting steering system in competitive car race,mathematical modeling and theoretical analysis were carried out on the vehicle steering system.On this basis,MATLAB was used for simulation calculation to obtain the relationship curve and empirical formula of the main influencing factors on the vehicle turning Angle and turning radius.According to the calculated data,the steering system of the vehicle is improved,and the steering flexibility of the vehicle is significantly improved.The optimization method of vehicle yaw steering system described in this paper not only improves the competitiveness of vehicles in competitive competitions,but also provides reference and basis for the design and optimization of the subsequent yaw steering mechanism.
