摘要
针对一种汽车轮毂轴承在装配时存在因加工公差引起的组装误差,设计了一种分选组装系统,包括半内圈上料轨道、轴承单元检测装置、半内圈分组下料及组装装置。人工将半内圈放置到半内圈上料轨道上并被均匀输送到轴承单元检测装置检测,检测后记录数据并分组,随后将其搬运至半内圈分组下料及组装装置。内外法兰组检测装置用于检测内外法兰组,并将其数据分组。半内圈分组下料及组装装置分为12个通道,不同公差值的半内圈被放置到相应的通道内,再由分组机械手将其搬运至组装轨道,并由人工与数值相匹配的内外法兰组进行装配。该系统实现组装后的轴承单元公差范围可控制,提高了装配效率和质量。
Aiming at the assembly error caused by machining tolerance when assembling an automotive wheel hub bearing,a sorting and assembling system is designed,it includes half inner ring feeding track,bearing unit detection device,half inner ring grouping,blanking and assembly device.The half inner race is manually placed on the half inner race feeding track and uniformly transported to the bearing unit detection device for detection,record data and group after detection,it is then transported to the half inner ring grouping,blanking and assembly device.The inner and outer flange group detection device is used to detect the inner and outer flange groups and group their data.The half inner ring grouping,blanking and assembly device is divided into 12 channels,the half inner rings with different tolerance values are placed in the corresponding channels,then,it is transported to the assembly track by a group manipulator,and assembled with the inner and outer flange groups matched with the numerical value manually.The system can control the tolerance range of bearing unit after assembly,which improves the assembly efficiency and quality.
