关于驱动轴引起的整车抖动问题研究分析

摘要 针对某新能源车中油门开度加速过程,整车后排有明显抖动进行问题排查。根据排查结果可知:后排抖动主要由于驱动轴的0.3阶激励引起的,通过对比TJ节型和高效AAR节型的工作特性,提出将原TJ普通节改为AAR高效节,对调整后的车辆进行路试试验、频谱分析等。结果表明:更改驱动轴节型后,0.3阶振动峰值由5.95m/s2降为1.86m/s2,极大的改善了车辆的NVH性能。 The problem that the body of the new energy vehicle vibrates obviously after accelerating at medium speed and full throttle was investigated.According to the investigation results,the rear row shaking is mainly caused by the 0.3 order excitation of drive shaft.By comparing the working characteristics of ordinary TJ section and AAR high efficiency section,it is proposed to change the oridinary TJ section into AAR high efficiency section,and carry out road test,spectrum anaylysis,etc.The results show that:After replacing the coupling type,the peak vaule of 0.3 order vibration is reduce from 5.95m/s 2 to 1.86m/s 2,which greatly improves the NVH performance of the vehicle.
