铁路内燃机车水性漆涂装工艺研究及应用

摘要 开展水性漆在机车上应用的新工艺研究,在对水性漆施工进行工艺试验验证后,摸索出一套合理的施工工艺,并在新造内燃机车上使用,表明水性漆能满足机车涂装质量要求,VOC减排效果明显,可以替代油性漆在机车上使用。 Carry out the research on the new process of water-based paint application on locomotives.After the process test and verification of water-based paint application,find out a set of reasonable construction process and use it on newly built diesel locomotives.It shows that water-based paint can meet the requirements of locomotive coating quality,and the VOC emission reduction effect is obvious,which can replace oil paint in locomotive use.
