随着城市的发展,装配式建筑和建筑产业化的发展,促进传统建造方式向现代工业化建造方式的转变中起到了重要意义。随着装配式建筑的普遍化,理因施工便捷,质量安全管理方面也相对比传统现浇建筑压力更小。但实际并非如此,因多种因素的影响,造成施工困难,质量、安全、进度、经济等多方面都有着诸多问题和超出预期。面对日益严峻的工程环境,如何优化工艺,不断提升工程质量,增强为客户提供更好的服务能力,找到有效的装配式建筑施工技术管理策略,是亟待解决的关键问题。

With the development of cities and the industrialization of prefabricated buildings,it has played an important role in promoting the transition from traditional construction methods to modern industrial construction methods.With the popularization of prefabricated buildings,the construction is convenient,and the pressure on quality and safety management is relatively less than that of traditional cast-in-place buildings.Due to the influence of various factors,construction difficulties are caused,and there are many problems and exceeding expectations in terms of quality,safety,progress,economy,and other aspects.Facing the increasingly severe engineering environment,how to optimize processes,continuously improve engineering quality,enhance the ability to provide better services to customers,and find effective management strategies for prefabricated building construction technology are key issues that need to be urgently solved.
