摘要
基于聚乙烯醇(PVA)优异的水溶性和可生物降解性,将PVA应用到农业生产领域,使用PVA代替原有的种子带参与播种育种环节,提高农业生产效率,响应绿色环保和绿色包装号召。以PVA为基料,甘油、吐温、十二烷基硫酸钠为助剂,6-KT(6-糠氨基嘌呤)为功能助剂制备不同浓度配比的6-KT水溶性PVA薄膜,对薄膜进行力学性能和水溶性测试,结果表明在6-KT浓度为15~45mg/kg时,薄膜的拉伸强度在21.2~24.6MPa之间,随着浓度上升其拉伸强度有所下降;薄膜的水溶时间在190~239s之间,随着浓度上升其水溶时间逐渐上升。以青菜种子为实验种植对象,研究不同6-KT浓度的PVA水溶膜所制备的种子带对其生长初期的促进作用。研究发现,6-KT浓度为20~30mg/kg时,对其增重和茎部增长效果明显,随浓度增大其增长效果减弱。
Based on the excellent water solubility and biodegradability of Polyvinyl Alcohol(PVA),PVA is applied to the field of agricultural production,using PVA instead of the original seed belt to participate in the sowing and breeding links,improving agricultural production efficiency and responding to the call of green environmental protection and green packaging.In this paper,6-KT water-soluble PVA films with different concentration ratios were prepared with PVA as base material,glycerol,Tysen,sodium dodecyl sulfate as additives and 6-KT as functional additives.The mechanical properties and water solubility of the films were tested.The results showed that when the concentration of 6-KT was 15~45mg/kg,The tensile strength of the films ranges from 21.2 MPa to 24.6MPa,and decreases with the increase of the concentration.The water dissolution time of the film is between 190s and 239s,and the water dissolution time increases gradually with the increase of the concentration.The promoting effect of seed belts prepared by PVA aqueous film with different concentrations of 6-KT on the early growth of green vegetable seeds was studied.It was found that the 6-KT concentration was 20-30mg/kg,which had obvious effect on the weight gain and stem growth,but decreased with the increase of the concentration.
