高素质设计人才的培养、留用,能够助力地方产业转型发展。本文基于地方产业转型发展、乡土品牌崛起背景,以市场需求为导向,结合当代大学生自身特性,探索包装设计专业人才的培养机制,强化大学生的乡土情怀,唤起对家乡发展的责任感,最大限度实现高校为地方产业发展输送人才目的。通过对现有培养体系进行分析,找出存在的问题,创新应用型本科院校人才培养模式,进一步强化学校、政府、企事业单位合作,为新时代高素质人才培养提供实践机会,培养学生与社会接轨、与工作接轨的能力,从而培育出满足市场需要的高素质设计人才。

The cultivation and retention of high-quality design talents can help the transformation and development of local industries.Under the background of the transformation and development of local industries and the rise of local brands,guided by the market demand and combined with the characteristics of contemporary college students,this paper explores the training mechanism of packaging design professionals,strengthens the local feelings of college students,arouses their sense of responsibility for the development of their hometown,and maximizes the realization of colleges and universities conveying talents for the development of local industries.Through the analysis of the existing training system,the existing problems are found out,the talent training mode of application-oriented undergraduate colleges is innovated,the cooperation between schools,governments,enterprises and public institutions is further strengthened,and the training of high-quality talents in the new era is provided with practical opportunities,and the ability of students to be in line with the society and work is cultivated,so as to cultivate high-quality design talents to meet the market needs.
