摘要
笔者以龙泉窑梅子青釉为基础,用滑石逐步替代石灰石配制了9种釉,分别施于龙泉窑白胎和铁胎上进行烧制实验,通过观察釉的成熟度、玻化程度、平滑度、光泽度、透明度、气泡数量和大小、裂纹和呈色等性状并结合相图,推论出氧化钙和氧化镁的相对含量对釉的第一类性能(高温粘度、始熔温度)、第二类性能(热膨胀系数)及其他性能(釉的呈色)的影响规律。
Based on the green glaze of Longquan kiln plum seed,nine kinds of glazes were prepared by gradually replacing limestone with talc,and the firing experiments were carried out on the white tire and iron tire of Longquan kiln respective-ly,and the influence of the relative content of calcium oxide and magnesium oxide on the first type of properties(high tem-perature viscosity,initial melting temperature),second type of performance(thermal expansion coefficient)and other properties(glaze color)of the glaze was deduced by observing the maturity,vitrification,smoothness,gloss,transparen-cy,number and size of bubbles,cracks and color of the glaze and combined with the phase diagram.
