With the iterative advancement of internet technology,the production process of virtual digital human has been effectively simplified,and various aspects of performance have been greatly improved.Virtual digital human,represented by virtual idols and virtual customers,has successfully entered the public's vision and shines brightly in various fields such as panentertainment,finance,culture and tourism with diverse postures.This article summarizes the current status of patents in the field of virtual digital human,analyzes the data from aspects such as annual trends in patent applications,regional distribution of patent applications,and the main applicants,and selects representative patent applications to explore from the perspectives of key technologies and application scenarios.
