摘要
随着经济社会的快速发展,我国城镇化建设用地需求的加剧与我国农村大量建设用地闲置、浪费、不当利用的矛盾日益凸显。本文通过宅基地流转意愿的调查研究,为进一步促进宅基地流转及土地的集约节约利用奠定基础。基于2022年对内蒙古农村地区100户农民的问卷调查数据,采用二元Logistic回归模型对调查数据进行验证分析。结果表明,农业收入占比对农户宅基地流转意愿起主要影响作用,其与农户参与宅基地流转呈负相关。为此提出相关建议,以促进西部经济欠发达地区的宅基地流转。
With rapid development of economy,the demand for urbanization construction land in China has intensified,which leads to contradiction with a large amount of idle,wasted,and improperly utilized construction land in rural areas.Through the study on the willingness to transfer homestead land,this article lays the foundation for further promoting the transfer of homestead land and the intensive and economical use of land.Based on the survey data of 100 farmers in rural areas of Inner Mongolia in 2022,this paper applies a binary logistic regression model to validate and analyze the survey data.The results show that the proportion of agricultural income plays a major role in influencing farmers'willingness to transfer their homesteads,and it is negatively correlated with farmers'participation in the transfer of homesteads.As result of this research,relevant suggestions are proposed to promote the transfer of homesteads in economically underdeveloped areas of western China.
