摘要
以神华新疆能源有限责任公司红沙泉露天煤矿为背景,设计了配煤辅助决策系统,介绍了系统的基本功能;运用配煤辅助决策系统规划了首采区出煤点数量及位置,划分了煤层开采条带,建立了煤层指标趋势的估、插值模型,生成了煤质指标的区域云图,通过对条带区域指标数据进行查询;研究了区域指标值的趋势预测及估计,完成了红沙泉露天矿首采区2021年1—6月的配煤方案设计。结果表明:运用配煤辅助决策系统能够精致地设计露天矿的最优配煤方案,提高了红沙泉露天矿低品质煤的使用率,减少了煤资源浪费,从而实现红沙泉露天矿经济效益的最大化。
Taking Hongshaquan Open-pit Coal Mine of Shenhua Xinjiang Energy Co.,Ltd.as the background,the article designs a coal blending auxiliary decision-making system,and introduces the basic functions of the system.The article uses the coal blending auxiliary decision-making system,plans the number and location of coal exit points,divides the coal seam mining strip,establishes the estimation and interpolation model of the coal seam index trend,and generates the regional cloud map of the coal quality index.By querying the strip area indicator data,we study the trend prediction and estimation of regional index values and complete the design of the coal blending plan for the first mining area of Hongshaquan Open-pit Mine from January to June 2021.The results show that the optimal coal blending scheme of the open-pit mine can be delicately designed by using the coal blending auxiliary decision-making system,the utilization rate of low-quality coal in the Hongshaquan Open-pit Mine is improved,and the waste of coal resources is reduced,which realize the maximize economic benefits of Hongshaquan Open-pit Mine.
