摘要
为解决双能源卡车运输系统设计问题,提出系统设计方法;卡车需要技术改造,受电弓可以正常取电,接触网设计依据气象条件,供电电源考虑耗量系数,架线道路需要专门设计;并以某露天矿为例进行实证研究。结果表明:卡车满足双驱动要求,受电弓降到电压绝缘距离时间2 s,满足时间要求;接触网支柱跨距直线段55 m,曲线段25 m,满足受风要求;供电电源为3台10/1.8 kV移动变电站,满足电能消耗;架线道路曲线半径120 m,满足转弯要求。
In order to solve the design problem of dual-energy truck transportation system,the article proposes design method of system.The truck needs a technical makeover.The pantograph could be charged normally.The design of catenary is based on meteorological conditions.The power supply considers the consumption coefficient.The stringing road needs to be specially designed.Taking an open-pit mine as an example,the results show that the truck meets the requirement of dual drive.The pantograph drops to the voltage insulation distance for 2 s and meets time requirement.The power supply is three 10/1.8 kV mobile substations and satisfies the power consumption.The straight line section is 55 m and curve section is 25 m of the catenary pillar span.The catenary meets the wind requirement.The curve radius of the stringing road is 120 m and meets the turning requirement.
