24M平路机传动系统的分析与优化

摘要 针对24M平路机传动系统故障判断、设备检修及预防设备故障发生,分析了传动系统的液压工作原理和常见传动系统故障,并指出分动箱润滑的缺陷与优化措施;由于分动箱润滑油压力太低,润滑不良,引起传动泵轴承高温,造成传动泵及分动箱的损坏,利用更换润滑油管的方式可使得分动箱润滑良好。结果表明:分动箱润滑方式优化后传动泵的使用寿命是优化前的2倍,同时分动箱避免了机械故障的发生,提高了检修人员维修水平。 Aiming at the fault judge of 24M road leveler transmission system,equipment overhaul and prevent equipment fault,this article analyzes the hydraulic working principle and common faults of the transmission system,and points out the defects and optimization measures of the lubrication of the transfer case.The low lubricating oil pressure and poor lubrication of the transfer case lead to the high temperature of the bearing of the transmission pump,resulting in the damage of the transmission pump and the transfer case.We make the transfer case well lubricated by replacing the lubricating oil pipe.The results show that the service life of the transmission pump is twice as long as before after the optimization of the lubrication mode of the transfer case.Meanwhile,the mechanical failure of the transfer case is avoided,and the maintenance level of the maintenance personnel is improved.
