输油管道减阻剂研究进展及应用 被引量:1

摘要 油气输送中的紊流会增加能耗和阻力,使用减阻剂可以改变管道内的流动状态,降低阻力,提高输送效率。系统总结了国内外减阻剂研究现状并选择3种减阻剂在某输油管道进行了试验,最后探讨了减阻剂的应用场景。国内外对减阻剂的研究已经比较成熟,而在石油领域,减阻剂主要应用于压裂和输油管道。选取了3种聚α烯烃类减阻剂在某输油管道进行了试验,结果显示减阻剂的增输率达到了42.84%~63.96%,减阻率达到了44.07%~54.52%,效果显著。此外,减阻剂还可应用于提质增效、应急抢险、降压运行、临时性介质提速等方面。 During the transportation of oil and gas,turbulence occurs inside the fluid,causing the fluid particles to move in a chaotic manner and redirecting the energy of the pump in multiple directions,resulting in friction and resistance.Drag reducing agents can change the turbulent state inside the pipeline and achieve the goal of reducing drag and increasing transportation efficiency.This article systematically summarizes the research status of drag reducing agents both domestically and internationally,and tests three types of drag reducing agents in a certain oil pipeline,finally explores the application scenarios of drag reducing agents.Drag reducing agents can effectively reduce turbulence and are mainly used in the fields of fracturing and oil pipeline transportation in the petroleum industry.In this study,three types of poly-alpha-olefin drag reducing agents were selected for evaluation in a certain oil pipeline,and the transportation efficiency and drag reduction rate were increased by 42.84%to 63.96%and 44.07%to 54.52%,respectively,demonstrating a certain degree of drag reduction and increased transportation efficiency.Drag reducing agents can not only be used to increase transportation efficiency,but also for improving quality and efficiency,emergency rescue,reducing pressure during operation,and temporarily increasing the speed of the medium.
