摘要
介绍了SMSBT-1000存储式扇区水泥胶结测井仪的工作原理和信号采集流程,以及仪器在测井过程中出现的各种故障现象。通过分析信号流程,检查电源电路、发射电路、通讯和信号处理电路,总结了排除故障的思路,提出了解决方案和维修方法,提高了维修效率,为测井施工提供了技术保障。
This paper introduces the working principle and signal acquisition process of SMSBT-1000 storage sector cement bond logging tool and various fault phenomena in the logging process.Through analyzing the signal process and checking the power circuit,transmission circuit,communication and signal processing circuit,the maintenance ideas for troubleshooting are summarized and solutions and maintenance methods are proposed,which improve the maintenance efficiency and provide technical support for logging operation.
