食管癌患者症状群评估工具的研究进展

Progress in the study of symptom clusters assessment tools for patients with esophageal cancer

食管癌是一种常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,患者常常会经历各类症状群的干扰从而影响其生理、心理甚至社会关系,采用有效的评估工具评估食管癌患者的症状群,可以更好地了解患者在不同时期所经历的各种症状,从而更有效地进行治疗与症状管理。目前我国学者评估食管癌患者症状群时所使用的工具多选用普适性症状群评估工具及其他癌症症状群的评估工具,针对我国国情的食管癌患者症状群评估工具研究较少。因此,本研究对国内外现存食管癌患者症状群评估工具的发展历程、评估内容、优劣势和应用范围进行了深入探讨与比较,总结各评估工具的优缺点,旨在为食管癌症状群特异性评估工具的制订提供一定参考。

Esophageal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive tract,patients often experience various types of symptom clusters that affect their physiology,psychology and even social relationships.Adopting an effective assessment tool to evaluate the symptom clusters of esophageal cancer patients can provide a better understanding of various symptoms experienced by them at different times,so as to carry out treatment and symptom management more effectively.At present,the tools used by scholars in China to assess esophageal cancer patients'symptom clusters are mostly universal symptom cluster assessment tools and assessment tools for other cancer symptom clusters,and there are few studies on the assessment tools for the symptom clusters of esophageal cancer patients under Chinese condition.Aiming to provide certain references for the development of specific assessment tools for symptom clusters of esophageal cancer,the development history,assessment contents,advantages and disadvantages,and application scope of the existing assessment tools for symptom clusters of esophageal cancer patients both at home and abroad were deeply explored and compared,and the advantages and disadvantages of each assessment tool were summarized in this study.
