摘要
教育理论工作者介入教育实践有多种形式,大学教授到小学担任校长是一种直接介入的形式。从书斋走向田野,笔者经历了较大的角色转换。结合亲身经历与心路历程,笔者从教授校长如何处理和平衡好理论创生与实践转化、学术领导与行政管理、学习型组织与权力型组织构建三组关系的角度,梳理了教授校长的思与行,以期对小学教育高质量发展有所助益。
There are many forms for educational theorists to intervene in educational practice,and it is a form of direct intervention for university professors to serve as principals in primary schools.From the study to the field,the author has experienced a great role change.Based on the personal experiences and reflections,the author sorts out the thoughts and actions from the perspective of how to deal with and balance the relationship between theory creation and practice transformation,academic leadership and administration,learning organization and power organization.It aims to contribute to the high-quality development of primary education.
