摘要
幼儿园园长课程领导力由课程文化领导力、课程专业领导力、课程团队领导力、课程资源领导力构成。对G市2002位幼儿园园长的调查结果表明,当前幼儿园园长课程领导力整体上处于中等水平,各维度发展水平不均衡;园长课程领导力在编制、最高学历、职称方面存在显著差异;不同办园性质、不同评估等级、不同规模幼儿园园长课程领导力存在显著差异;园长自主学习、参加专题培训、教师课程能力、课程自主权力、专家支持引领等均能显著预测园长课程领导力。基于此,应全面并均衡地提升幼儿园园长课程领导力,促进幼儿园园长的自主学习与持续发展,强化幼儿园外各种支持因素的协同作用,立足园本提高教师课程能力和专业素养。
The curriculum leadership of kindergarten principals consists of the curriculum culture leadership,the curriculum profession leadership,the curriculum team leadership and the curriculum resource leadership.The survey results of 2002 kindergarten principals in G city shows that the curriculum leadership of kindergarten principals is at an average level and the development level of each dimension is unbalanced.There are significant differences in the curriculum leadership of kindergarten principals in terms of the staffing,the highest degree and the professional title.There are significant differences in the curriculum leadership of principals in different kindergarten nature,different assessment levels and different scales.Principal′s self-directed learning,participation in special training,teachers′curriculum ability,curriculum autonomy,experts′support and guidance can significantly predict principal′s curriculum leadership.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively and evenly enhance the curriculum leadership of kindergarten principals,promote their self-directed learning and sustainable development,strengthen the synergistic effect of various supporting factors outside the kindergarten,and improve teachers′curriculum ability and professional literacy based on the kindergarten.
