隧道渗漏水缺陷嵌缝堵漏整治技术研究

摘要 目前嵌缝堵漏整治技术未能快速的定位裂缝位置,且不能有效的获取裂缝周围的土体及水体条件,导致最终注浆配料比例不适用于隧道所发生的裂缝缺陷,存在整治后渗漏率依然较高的问题.据此,提出一种新的隧道渗漏水缺陷嵌缝堵漏整治技术研究,根据隧道渗漏水缺陷嵌缝位置信息,预警不同的渗漏区域,并模糊标记渗漏区域位置后,对标记的渗漏严重区域加固处理.根据所获取裂缝周围的混凝土收缩及地下水冻胀力数据,选定适宜的补漏材料调配比例,在嵌缝内部浇筑浆液止漏后,进行引排水、凿毛及嵌缝处理,最终完成嵌缝堵漏整治技术研究.实验结果表明,所提方法的渗漏率相较于传统方法低14.6%,能够更好地实现隧道漏水缺陷的整治,并获取较佳的整治方案,提升整体整治处理效果. The current caulking plugging and remediation technology cannot quickly locate the crack posi-tion,and cannot effectively obtain the soil and water conditions around the crack,resulting in the final grouting proportion is not suitable for the crack defect in the tunnel,and there is leakage after remediation.rate is still high.Based on this,a new research on caulking and plugging and remediation technology for water leakage de-fects in tunnels is proposed.Reinforcement treatment of serious leakage areas.According to the obtained data of concrete shrinkage and groundwater frost heave force around the crack,select the appropriate proportion of leak repair material,after pouring the slurry inside the caulking to stop leakage,conduct drainage,chisel and caulk-ing treatment,and finally complete the caulking plugging Research on leak remediation technology.The experi-mental results show that the leakage rate of the proposed method is 14.6%lower than that of the traditional meth-od,which can better realize the rectification of the leakage defect of the tunnel,and obtain a better rectification plan to improve the overall rectification effect.
