摘要
以五台山景区旅游非正规就业群体为研究对象,采用因子分析和回归分析,从社会认同的视角研究非正规就业对主观幸福感的影响机理.结果表明,旅游非正规就业群体的社会认同及其认知维度、情感维度和价值维度能正向预测主观幸福感和生活满意度;旅游非正规就业群体的社会认同及其价值维度能正向预测自尊;自尊在社会认同及其价值维度与主观幸福感和生活满意度间起部分中介作用.
This paper takes the tourism informal employment group in Wutai Mountain scenic area as the re-search object,and adopts factor analysis and regression analysis to study the influence mechanism of informal employment on subjective well-being from the perspective of social identity.The results show that social identity and its cognitive dimension,emotional dimension and value dimension can positively predict subjective well-be-ing and life satisfaction;The social identity and its value dimension of tourism informal employment group can positively predict self-esteem;Self-esteem plays a partial mediating role between social identity and its value di-mensions and subjective well-being and life satisfaction.
