将线上线下联动教育应用在生殖医学中心促排卵药物自我注射患者中的效果观察

To observe the effect of online and offline linkage education in patients with self-injection of ovulation promoting drugs in reproductive medicine center

目的 探讨将线上线下联动教育应用在生殖医学中心促排卵药物自我注射患者中的效果。方法 选取60例首次行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)自我注射促排卵药物的患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予促排卵药物常规自我注射护理管理,观察组在对照组基础上联合线上线下联动教育干预。比较两组患者促排卵药物自我注射的完成率与正确率及满意度。结果 两组患者促排卵药物自我注射完成率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者促排卵药物自我注射剂量及部位的正确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的满意度为96.7%,明显高于对照组的76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将线上线下联动教育应用在生殖医学中心促排卵药物自我注射患者中,能够有效提高患者自我注射的能力,提高满意度,保障患者促排卵治疗的顺利完成,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effect of online and offline education in patients with self-injection of ovulation promoting drugs in reproductive medicine center.Methods 60 patients who underwent in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)for the first time were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine self-injection nursing management of ovulation promoting drugs,and the observation group was combined with online and offline education intervention on the basis of the control group.The completion rate,accuracy and satisfaction of self-injection of ovulation stimulating drugs were compared between the two groups.Results There was statistical significance in the completion rate of self-injection of ovulation stimulating drugs between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the accuracy of self-injection dose and location of ovulation stimulating drugs between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of observation group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(76.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.o5).Conclusion The application of online and offline combined education in patients with self-injection of ovulation promoting drugs in reproductive medicine centers can effectively improve patients'self-injection ability,improve satisfaction,and ensure the smooth completion of ovulation promoting treatment for patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
