Objective To observe the effects of humanistic nursing combined with progressive muscle relaxation training on mental state and comfort index of ectopic pregnancy patients. Methods 62 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(humanistic nursing combined with progressive muscle relaxation training)by random coin toss method, with 31 cases in each group. The psychological state and post-nursing comfort index were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, anxiety and depression scores were decreased in both groups, and anxiety scores(45.25±3.52)points and depression scores(43.88±3.91)points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(48.77±3.33)points and control group(49.83±4.24)points(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of all dimensions of general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care combined with progressive muscle relaxation training can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of ectopic pregnancy patients and improve the comfort index.
