保温措施结合优质护理在剖宫产手术室护理中的应用分析

Application analysis of insulation measures combined with high-quality nursing in operation room nursing of cesareansection

目的分析保温措施结合优质护理在剖宫产手术室护理中的应用效果。方法选取80名行剖宫产分娩的产妇,按照随机分组原则将其分为对照组与观察组,每组40名。对照组应用常规手术室护理,在此基础上,观察组在手术室护理中应用保温措施结合优质护理。比较两组的低体温、寒战发生率、术后恢复情况及护理满意度。结果观察组发生低体温1名(2.50%),寒战2名(5.00%),对照组发生低体温7名(17.50%),寒战8名(20.00%),比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组产妇的术后排气、下床活动、术后泌乳及住院时间均更短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产妇应用保温措施结合优质护理可预防低体温、寒战发生,促进其术后恢复,同时产妇对护理服务的满意度也明显提高,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of heat preservation measures combined with high quality nursing in operation room nursing of cesarean section.Methods 80 women who delivered cesarean section were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 in each group.The control group was treated with conventional operating room nursing.On this basis,the observation group was treated with heat preservation measures and high-quality nursing.The incidence of hypothermia,chills,postoperative recovery and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Hypothermia occurred in 1 patient(2.50%)and chills in 2 patients(5.00%)in the observation group,and hypothermia occurred in 7 patients(17.50%)and chills in 8 patients(20.00%)in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the postoperative exhaust,activity of getting out of bed,postoperative lactation and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Maternal nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of thermal insulation measures combined with high-quality nursing for parturiens can prevent hypothermia and chills,promote their postoperative recovery,and the satisfaction of parturiens with nursing services is also significantly improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
