舒适护理在剖宫产护理中应用及对护理满意度的影响分析

Application of comfort nursing in cesarean section nursing and analysis of its influence on nursing satisfaction

目的分析舒适护理在剖宫产护理中应用及对护理满意度的影响。方法选取84名剖宫产产妇,根据顺序编码分为对照组与观察组,每组42名。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理。比较两组产妇的护理满意度评分、产后恢复时间及并发症发生情况。结果观察组护理人员仪表、治疗环境、心理指导、护理服务态度及不良事件管理评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组下床活动时间、泌乳始动时间及胃肠功能恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率2.38%低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在剖宫产产妇护理中,可及时提升产妇恢复期间舒适感,促进产后快速康复,构建良好护患关系,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the application of comfort nursing in cesarean section nursing and its influence on nursing satisfaction.Methods 84 parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the sequence code,with 42 in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comfort nursing.The nursing satisfaction scores,postpartum recovery time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing staff’s meter,treatment environment,psychological guidance,nursing service attitude and adverse event management scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed,lactation start time and gastrointestinal function recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 2.38%lower than that of control group(16.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing in cesarean section maternity care,can timely improve the comfort of maternal recovery,promote rapid postpartum recovery,build a good nurse-patient relationship,improve satisfaction,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
