优质护理在腹腔镜下全子宫切除术配合中效果及对生活质量的影响

Effect of quality nursing in laparoscopic total hysterectomy and its influence on quality of life

目的研究优质护理在腹腔镜下全子宫切除术配合中效果及对生活质量的影响。方法选取30例行腹腔镜下全子宫切除手术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组15例。观察组采用优质护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果护理后,观察组躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、人际关系、精神病性评分、强迫症状、敌对、恐惧、偏执评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肛门首次排气时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,护理满意度评分(97.4±2.1)分明显高于对照组的(71.2±2.3)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生理职能、生理功能、情感职能及社会功能评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在腹腔镜下全子宫切除术配合中效果显著,可改善患者心理状态,提高生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To study the effect of quality nursing in laparoscopic total hysterectomy and its influence on quality of life.Methods 30 patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 15 cases in each group.Observation group received high quality nursing,control group received routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the somatization,depression,anxiety,interpersonal relationship,psychiatric scores,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,hostility,fear and paranoia scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The first anal exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the hospitalization cost was less than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score(97.4±2.1)points was significantly higher than that in the control group(71.2±2.3)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physiological function,emotional function and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing is effective in laparoscopic total hysterectomy,which can improve the psychological state of patients and improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
