摘要
目的 比较不同显露喉返神经入路方式在甲状腺手术中的应用效果。方法 选取我科2019年1月至2020年12月行甲状腺手术治疗的335例患者为研究对象,按住院顺序将其分为对照组和研究组,分别为168、167例。对照组按传统入路实施甲状腺手术,研究组采取新路径实施甲状腺手术。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 研究组的手术时长、住院时间短于对照组,术后第1天引流量少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后第1天的甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、血钙水平显著高于对照组,且PTH、血钙的术后与术前差值显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后喉返神经受损情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 甲状腺手术中运用新路径寻找喉返神经的方法是可行的且更安全,具有一定的临床价值。
Objective To compare the application effects of different approaches for exposing the recurrent laryngeal nerve in thyroid surgery.Methods A total of 335 patients who underwent thyroid surgery in our department from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and study group according to the order of hospitalization,with 168 cases and 167 cases,respectively.The control group underwent thyroid surgery by traditional approach,while the study group underwent thyroid surgery by new approach.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation duration,hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and drainage volume on the first day after surgery was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of parathyroid hormone(PTH)and blood calcium in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group on the first day after surgery,and the difference between postoperative and preoperative values in PTH and blood calcium were significantly smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative injury of recurrent laryngeal nerve in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible and safer to find the recurrent laryngeal nerve by using the new approach in thyroid surgery,and it has certain clinical value.
