坤泰胶囊联合激素替代疗法治疗围绝经期综合征的效果及对神经递质水平的影响

Effect of Kuntai capsule combined with hormone replacement therapy in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome and its influence on neurotransmitter level

目的 探讨坤泰胶囊联合激素替代疗法治疗围绝经期综合征的效果及对神经递质水平的影响。方法选择2019年3月至2021年3月收治的60例围绝经期综合征患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例,激素替代疗法)与观察组(30例,在对照组基础上加坤泰胶囊)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的脊柱、股骨颈骨密度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平低于对照组,雌二醇(E_(2))水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的主症、次症、舌脉症积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(E)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 坤泰胶囊联合激素替代疗法治疗围绝经期综合征的效果满意,可提高骨密度,调节激素水平,减轻症状,改善神经递质水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of Kuntai capsule combined with hormone replacement therapy in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome and its influence on neurotransmitter level.Methods Sixty patients with perimenopausal syndrome admitted from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(30 cases,hormone replacement therapy)and observation group(30 cases,Kuntai capsule on the basis of the control group).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the bone mineral density of spine and femoral neck in the observation group were larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of estradiol(E_(2))was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main syndrome,secondary syndrome,tongue and pulse syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE)and epinephrine(E)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kuntai capsule combined with hormone replacement therapy has a satisfactory effect in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome,which can improve bone mineral density,regulate hormone levels,relieve symptoms and improve neurotransmitter level.
