摘要
随着儿童和青少年1型糖尿病(T1DM)患病率呈现上升趋势,该群体生活质量受到显著影响。本文就国内外儿童和青少年T1DM患者生活质量的研究现状、测量工具、影响因素进行综述,以期为儿童和青少年T1DM患者生活质量的改善提供理论依据。
With the increasing prevalence of type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM)in children and adolescents,the quality of life of this group has been significantly affected.This article reviews the research status,measurement tools and influencing factors of quality of life in children and adolescents with T1DM at home and abroad,in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of life of children and adolescents with T1DM.
