产前盆底超声参数预测分娩方式的研究进展

产前预测产妇分娩方式具有非常重要的意义,在分娩发动前对分娩方式进行客观预测,不仅可以增加初产妇自然阴道分娩的信心,还能筛选出可能需要剖宫产手术的高危产妇,减少其阴道分娩不必要的时间和精力,改善产妇的妊娠结局。随着超声技术的不断发展,盆底超声在预测分娩方式的研究中取得了一定的成果,本文通过盆底超声预测分娩方式的常用参数及研究进展进行综述,为临床提供参考。

Antenatal prediction of the mode of delivery is of great importance.Objective prediction of the mode of labour before labour starts not only increases confidence in spontaneous vaginal delivery,but also screens out women at high risk for caesarean section,reducing the time and effort required for vaginal delivery and improving pregnancy outcomes.With the continuous development of ultrasound technology,pelvic floor ultrasound has made some achievements in predicting the mode of delivery.This article reviewed the common parameters and research progress of pelvic floor ultrasound in predicting the mode of delivery to provide reference for clinic.
