摘要
目的:分析非肥胖与肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者超声检查结果及相关参数。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月德州市德城区妇女儿童医院收治的80例PCOS患者,根据体质量指数(BMI)进行分组,将BMI≥25kg/m^(2)者纳入肥胖组,共30例;将BMI<25kg/m^(2)者纳入非肥胖组,共50例。所有入选者均进行超声检查,比较两组二维、三维超声参数以及血流动力学指标。结果:肥胖组与非肥胖组舒张期最小血流速度(EDV)、收缩期最大血流速度(PSV)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肥胖组卵巢总面积(TA)、卵巢间质面积(SA)、TA/SA、卵巢直径、卵泡数量、卵巢体积、卵泡体积、阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)值均高于非肥胖组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非肥胖与肥胖型PCOS患者超声检查结果及相关参数存在一定差异性,肥胖型患者以卵巢增大、灌流量增加作为超声主要表现,为临床判断提供参考依据。
Objective To analyze the ultrasound examination results and related parameters of non-obese and obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with PCOS admitted to Dezhou Decheng maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and grouped according to body mass index(BMI),and 30 patients with BMI≥25kg/m^(2) were included in the obesity group.A total of 50 patients with BMI<25kg/m^(2) were included in the non-obese group.All the candidates underwent ultrasonography,and the two groups were compared with two-dimensional and threedimensional ultrasonic parameters and hemodynamic parameters.Results The comparison of minimum diastolic blood flow velocity(EDV)and maximum systolic blood flow velocity(PSV)between the obese group and the non-obese group was performed.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).In the obese group,total ovarian area(TA),ovarian interstitial area(SA),TA/SA,ovarian diameter,number of follicles,ovarian volume,follicle volume,and resistance index(resistance index),RI and pulsatile index(PI)were higher than those of non-obese group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain difference in ultrasonography and related parameters between non-obese and obese PCOS patients.Obese patients have ovarian enlargement and increased perfusion as the main ultrasound manifestations,providing a reference basis for clinical judgment.
