不同年资住培医师应用AI提升脑动脉瘤检出效能的初步研究

摘要 目的:初步探讨低、高年资住培医师应用人工智能提升动脉瘤检出效能的价值。方法:回顾性选取2021年12月—2022年2月在梅州市人民医院行头部CT血管造影(CTA)检查的48例患者资料。由低、高年资住培医师应用单独阅片法和AI辅助阅片法对CTA成像进行阅片,并记录诊断结果及阅片时间。比较住培医师应用单独阅片法和AI辅助阅片法对动脉瘤检出率的差异性;比较应用单独阅片法和AI辅助阅片法阅片时间的差异性。结果:低年资住培医师应用AI阅片对动脉瘤的检出率为95.35%,显著高于单独阅片的79.07%(P<0.05)。高年资住培医师应用AI阅片对动脉瘤的检出率为93.02%,稍高于单独阅片的83.72%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低、高年资住培医师应用AI对头部CTA的阅片时间均短于单独阅片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:低、高年资住培医师应用AI有助于提升脑动脉瘤检出率及缩短阅片时间,且以低年资住培医师应用效果更佳。 Objective To explore the value of applying artificial intelligence to improve the efficacy of aneurysm detection by junior and senior resident-trained physicians.Methods The data of 48 patients who underwent head computed tomography angiography(CTA)examination in Meizhou People's Hospital from December 2021 to February 2022 were retrospectively selected.The CTA imaging was read by junior and senior resident-trained physicians using the independent method and AI-assisted method,and the diagnostic results and reading time were recorded.Compare the difference in the detection rate of aneurysm between independent method and AI-assisted method,and the difference in the reading time between the independent method and AI-assisted method was compared.Results The detection rate of aneurysm by junior resident-trained physician using AI-assisted method was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than the detection rate using independent method of 79.07%(P<0.05).The detection rate of aneurysm by senior resident-trained physicians using AI-assisted method was 93.02%,which was slightly higher than the detection rate using independent method of 83.72%,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The application of AI by junior and senior resident-trained physicians for head and neck CTA has a shorter reading time compared to individual film reading,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of AI by junior and senior resident-trained physicians can help improve the detection rate of cerebral aneurysm and shorten the film reading time,and the application by junior residenttrained physicians is more effective.
