摘要
旨在结合智能语音技术,构建检后追访平台,以提高检后追访效率,并减轻医护人员负担,为健康管理提供参考。基于专家共识、追访工作经验,拟定检后追访流程图,借助人工智能语音技术实现智能追访,应用可用性测试、在线焦点小组讨论发现问题并反馈、优化,逐一优化后上线运行。目前,智能语音检后追访平台已上线运行,实现了体检者的智能追访和信息采集,为健康管理中心提供检后追访服务3万余人次,接通率达75%。由此可见,智能语音检后追访平台经不断测试、优化,运行良好,各项功能均正常,能够满足健康管理中心对慢性病检后追访的要求。
With the combination of intelligent voice technology,the follow-up platform for medical examinations was contructed to improve the efficiency of follow-up and reduce the burden on medical staff,which provided reference for health management.Therefore,based on expert consensus and follow-up work experience,the follow-up flowchart after physical examination was developed,and intelligent follow-up was achieved using artificial intelligence voice technology.In addition,usability testing and online focus group discussions were used to identify issues and provide feedback for optimization.After each optimization,the system was launched for operation.At present,the intelligent voice post examination follow-up platform has been put into operation,achieving intelligent follow-up and information collection for medical examiners.It provided more than 30000 post examination follow-up services to the health management center,with a connection rate of 75%.From this,it can be seen that the intelligent voice post examination followup platform has been continuously tested and optimized,running well,and all functions are normal.It can meet the requirements of the health management center for the chronic disease post examination follow-up platform.
