摘要
该研究通过剖析公立医院医用耗材临时采购工作存在的问题,进一步完善采购制度及流程、明确采购准入评估要素,借助多学科协作诊疗(MDT)模式,提升部门间协作的紧密性,确保论证的全面性,提高采购工作落实的有效性;审批环节引入信息化手段,提高时效性,强化痕迹管理;明确采购价格谈判机制,保证价格合理性。医用耗材临时采购的规范化管理措施有助于提质增效,符合内部控制要求。
In this study,by analyzing the problems in the temporary procurement of medical consumables in public hospitals,the procurement system and process were further improved,and the evaluation elements of procurement admission were further clarified.With the help of the multi-disciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment(MDT)model,the collaboration between departments was enhanced to ensure the comprehensiveness of the argument and the effectiveness of procurement work implementation;In the approval process,information technology was introduced to improve timeliness and strengthen trace management;The procurement price negotiation mechanism was clarified to ensure the rationality of the price;A series of measures help to improve quality and efficiency,in line with internal control requirements.
