医院医用耗材采购管理存在的问题及对策 被引量:4

摘要 针对新形势下医院医用耗材管理存在的采购监管机制不健全、采购效率低、仓库管理方式粗放和库存积压、信息化程度低等问题,该研究提出加强采购监管、完善采购制度和流程、提升人才队伍专业能力、全面实行信息化管理、实施智慧物流管理等对策,以期实现医用耗材采购精细化管理,提升管理效率,降低医院成本,进而推动医院高质量发展。 In response to the problems of inadequate procurement supervision mechanism,low procurement efficiency,inadequate warehouse management,inventory backlog,and low level of informatization in the management of medical consumables in hospitals under the new situation,in this study,the measures such as strengthening procurement supervision,improving procurement systems and processes,enhancing the professional ability of the talent team,comprehensively implementing information management,and implementing smart logistics management were proposed to achieve refined management of medical consumables procurement,improve management efficiency,reduce hospital costs,and pr omote high-quality development of the hospital.
