总结气管插管患者气管内分泌物与口腔生物膜之间的关系,气管插管患者口腔生物膜中最常见呼吸道病原体,尤其是发生呼吸机相关性肺炎的患者,需选择合理的口腔护理液及口腔频次等,本文综述改善患者的口腔护理以降低呼吸相关性肺炎发生率的研究进展。
